By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any AlgoIntra feature, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

AlgoIntra is a 100% automated, algorithmic and AI data-driven market data visualization tool for the Indian stock market. It generates signals for NIFTY, BANKNIFTY and SENSEX using live PCR, RSI and open interest data. All signals are computed by computer algorithms and AI prompts without human intervention.

3. Regulatory Disclaimer

AlgoIntra is NOT a SEBI-registered investment advisor or stock broker. We do not provide investment, financial or legal advice. Signals are informational data visualizations only and should never be treated as trading recommendations.

4. Risk Warning

Derivatives and futures & options trading is extremely risky. SEBI data shows that 9 out of 10 individual traders in F&O incur net losses. You trade at your own risk. AlgoIntra accepts zero liability for any trading losses.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Starter Pro: ₹499/month — 5 AI signal calls per index per day.
• Ultimate Trader: ₹999/month — 10 AI signal calls per index per day.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay and are non-refundable after activation.
• Daily call quotas reset at midnight IST. Unused calls do not roll over.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, resell, redistribute or sublicense signal data, or attempt to circumvent call quotas or payment systems.

7. Account Suspension

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse the system, or engage in fraudulent payment activity.

8. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlgoIntra, its owners and operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from use of the platform.
