2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription, you are eligible for a full refund. Subsequent renewals are not eligible.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@algointra.com with:
- Your registered email
- UPI Transaction ID / UTR (from your payment app)
- Reason for refund
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made after 7 days of first payment
- Accounts terminated for Terms violation (e.g., scraping, resale)
- Partial months (we do not pro-rate)
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve most issues within 48 hours.
