1. Information We Collect
We collect the minimum data needed to run the platform:
- Your email address or phone number (used for OTP sign-in).
- Your Google or Facebook identifier if you sign in via social login.
- Payment identifiers (Razorpay order and payment IDs) for subscription management. We never store full card details.
- Signal usage logs including the index analysed and date.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to authenticate you, manage your subscription and daily call quota, and deliver AI signal history in your dashboard. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay under their own terms and privacy policy. We only store the reference identifiers required to confirm your subscription is active.
4. Data Security
Passwords and OTP values are stored as hashes. Communications are over HTTPS. We follow standard Laravel security defaults and fixture recommendations.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use session cookies for authentication and localStorage to remember your light/dark theme preference and Razorpay checkout session.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting support. Subscription records required for financial reconciliation may be retained as required by law.
